The City has worked with private property owners to identify appropriately located and zoned property that is available for immediate sale / lease and development. Properties vary in size from one acre parcels up to 90+ acres and may be merged. Railroad accessibility is available upon demand.
The City will work with developers of businesses to create job opportunities and assist with the location of infrastructure to appropriate sites.
